Tanjung Bayang Beach

LOCATION of the tourism object is simple. But often offers the enchantment beauty. Travelers can get along local fishermen and burning the fresh fish they catched. Very favor isn't it? 

Location of Object 
Tanjung Bayang is located at Barombong village, Tamalate District, Makassar City, only about four kilometers western of centre city of Makassar (Karebosi Field). 

Overview 
Tanjung Bayang beach is one of much tourism places in Makassar which often become cheaper tourism alternative. But however, a variety of interesting activities can be done here. 

Every beach in Makassar have a good position which are overlooking to the western horizon of Makassar Strait. So that have good sunset view. Red sun began to go to the horizon line often present at the evening with views of fishing boats start leaving to sea. 

Expanse of sand is quite wide. So often used as a football or beach volleyball arena. Sloping beach is an ideal place for visitors to enjoy the warm of sea waters. But, between November and April, often occur high waves. 

Quite far to the south, fishing boats called the traditional jolloro and katinting are glueded. At this place fishermen bring their catched fish in the morning. If lucky enough, tourists can get fresh fish to be roasted. In the coastal citizen are also selling some local food and drink. 

In this location, there are some lodging that can be rented for overnight or simply rest. The form are various, from permanent houses buildinga with walls up to the traditional stage houses building. Standing on the sidelines of coastal plants. All can be rented with affordable prices. 

Access 
Towards the location of this tourism object is not difficult. Tourist can use public transport, taxis, hotel transportation facilities, with taxies-motorcycle called ojek.

Entry Tariff 
To enter this location, each must pay Rp 2,000 per person. Lodging facilities can be rented with price of Rp 30,000 to Rp 150,000 per night.
