MAKASSAR is rich of sea foods. Fish, squid, shrimp, crab, and other sea foods. One way of cooking seafood is burned or roasted. Eating seafood that burned with unique recipe is truly delicious.



Sea food is grilled with charcoal fervor. This is a traditional way that presented an unique flavor. Roasted seafood is eaten as a typical side dish served with rice, beans sauce, or sliced green tomatoes.
